'The way we are taught is rigidly divided into subjects that were invented hundreds of years ago. Outside school, we don't have to think of life, knowledge and culture in that way. When we go to a museum, a castle, a beach or garden centre, we don't have to think: 'Is this history or geography? Is this foreign languages or maths?
