Judith Miller was one of the world's leading antiques experts. She first began collecting in the 1960s while a student at Edinburgh University, and continued to extend and reinforce her knowledge of antiques through international research. In 1979 she co-founded the international best-seller Miller's Antiques Price Guide and went on to write more than 100 books which are held in high regard by collectors and dealers.Judith appeared regularly on TV and radio. She was an expert on the BBC's Antiques Roadshow and co-hosted the popular BBC series The House Detectives, ITV's Antiques Trail, and Discovery's It's Your Bid. She appeared on The Martha Stewart Show and CNN. Judith lectured extensively, including at the V&A in London and the Smithsonian in Washington, and contributed to numerous newspapers and magazines, including the Financial Times, the Daily Telegraph, BBC Homes & Antiques and House & Garden.Duncan Campbell (Author) From 1986, both at university and during an earlier career in corporate finance, Duncan spent every Saturday working for a well-known silver dealer in Portobello Road. Since 1993 he has built up a specialist silver business based in Bath, south-west England, focusing on the more unusual areas, such as early, foreign and colonial, ecclesiastical and rare silver. Duncan has produced silver catalogues and research for a wide variety of private clients and also for institutions, including The Worshipful Company of Armourers and Braziers, The City of Nottingham Museum, The Baltic Exchange, Lloyd's of London and The Bowes Museum. Since 2009 he has also been an expert on the BBC's Antiques Roadshow, one of his highlights having been the discovery of a silver spoon dating back to 1440.
